At Stafford Junction, we transform lives through faith and action. As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization, we are dedicated to supporting children and families in Stafford County who face the challenges of poverty. Our mission is to uplift our community through education, empowerment, and healthy living. By building strong partnerships with residents, churches, service agencies, and local businesses, we create meaningful connections, foster understanding, and drive lasting positive change. We are dedicated to providing essential support, guided by four core values that define who we are: Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.

In 2002, a Stafford County Sheriff’s Office assessment identified major challenges in the Olde Forge community, including rising crime, poverty, domestic violence, substance abuse, and a growing number of unsupervised children, along with increasing needs among non‑English speaking and refugee families.
In response, Olde Forge Junction was created in 2005. As the organization expanded beyond Olde Forge in 2009, it became Stafford Junction, reflecting its mission to support under-resourced communities across Stafford County.
