We work in partnership with school counselors and teachers to identify students who require assistance and create personalized tutoring plans. Our program provides students with directed reading and math reviews, help with homework, and a nourishing meal/snack. Additionally, we introduce additional activities through different partnerships.
Our team of volunteers includes middle school students who are part of the National Junior Honor Society, high school and college students, community volunteers, and retired teachers. Our ultimate objective is to ensure that each student has a dedicated tutor/mentor within our program.
